Makai Morning Run- Tuesday Run at 8a Pensacola Beach 4-6 miles( Meet on Florida National Scenic Trail in front of Santa Rosa Dunes Tower)

Makai Longer Run- Saturday 8:30a UWF Bike Trails on Pate trailhead 8-12 miles( park run+ Makai)

*Group runs will be cancelled for any extreme weather forecast. Bring water, snacks for longer runs(fuel your run: 100-150 calories every 30 minutes)
